Your deposit for courses is a non refundable booking fee, so please make sure you can attend the course prior to your booking, if for any reasons you can not attend due to ill health or another justified reason, we maybe able to rearrange the course date for you, if this not an available option unfortunately the non refundable deposit/booking fee will remain non refundable.
The reason for this is we occur charges on bookings, booking fees for additional facilities and lose business to dates being made not being available which prevents someone else booking on.
